Flat 25 Pro currently ships to customers within the United States only.

Shipping Options

All orders ship free. No minimum order required.

Free Shipping — $0.00 Available on all orders shipped within the United States.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Customers may be offered a paid expedited shipping option at checkout when available.

United States Shipping

We currently accept and ship orders to eligible addresses within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed. Shipping availability, carrier service, and estimated delivery information will be shown during checkout when available.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside normal processing periods may begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other factors outside the control of Flat 25 Pro.

Any delivery estimate provided at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically guaranteed by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Damaged Shipments

If your Flat 25 Pro order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the package and damaged product

Keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If tracking information shows an unusual delay or delivery problem, contact us so we can review the shipment information with you.

Shipping Charges

All orders ship free. Flat 25 Pro does not add additional shipping charges after checkout unless an address correction, reshipment, or other customer-requested shipping change creates an additional carrier charge.
